Alpha mover rude employees/driver

We called alpha movers to come assist with lifting an item for us. After a couple of attempts to discuss with one of the guy(they call him Vee) a way forward he was rude, arrogant and aggressive. The guys than unwrapped our head board after numerous requests that they don't so we can avoid scratches but they still unwrapped it and even wanted to leave it by the street because we were on disagreement. Our headboard is now left with scratches and the bottom not in good condition.

The boss seemed understanding on the phone as my husband was discussing with him. But they workers are very rude. I would not recommend anyone to use them.
