Absolutely the worst service ever -

Absolutely the wort service ever. They were supposed to arrive at 11:30 and arrived at 3. Apparently according to the driver my time slot was changed with a later one without even notifying me .Although the quotation clearly stated that the bed had to be dismantled the workers did not even have any tools with them. not even a *****driver. They also did not have a trolley to move the pot plants. Workers did not have a good attitude at all. Because they were running so late they did not want to reassemble the furniture and took a lot of persuading. Half way through the job I was asked for the balance of the money and told they would not continue until I had paid it. I refused, but from that point on felt extremely intimidated by the staff. Who pays for a job that is not complete??????? especially when you have a bunch of guys with serious attitude doing the work.
