False Promises

I placed my order on the 15 August 2017 20:41:55 SAST and received an email within 5 minutes of payment stating my order number, details, and that my order will take 3-5 days to get to me as well as I will receive tracking details as soon as it was dispatched. On Thursday the 17th of August 2017 at 12:02 pm SAST I received a call stating that the order was dispatched and that tracking details were to be sent. Today is the 20th of August 2017, I have still not received my order nor tracking details and upon multiple emails and phone calls to the sales department and customer service I still have not received any feedback regarding my purchase.
