Alpha Education SA Not Refunding our Money

We paid R7,500 towards our daughters tuition for her school Study Boost in Jhb in March. This money went into a suspense account and we are battling to get the refund from them since May. We have had to buy our daughters books with other money and need that refund to pay the school in Jhb as Alpha Education is no longer associated with Study Boost. Trisch Delport agreed to refund us already 2-3 weeks ago BUT NO GO!!! Had ENOUGH + resorted to Clientele Legal now to intervene as a last hope - Pathetic
