Can I be assisted by a willing person at least

Can someone please assist me as I was supposed to stay in the hotel for the 30th of April to 3rd of May, I would like to reschedule my travel due to the Covid 19 pandemic travel ban, as I am from Gauteng and my flight is already canceled
