Bad Service

Got a call from these people (Thando Nyati) at the end of January 2018 concerning collections for iThemba Properties. Spoke to the lady and told her that it was iThemba that owed us or deposit back and she said she'll get back to us. From then on, every Saturday I get pestering messages and calls from them regarding the same situation. Whenever I tell her that she said "she'll go enquire from iThemba concerning the deposit due to us", she says she's forgotten to do so and she's come back to us.
