Never Again will they see my business

<p>I have previously written a glowing report praising the excellent service and amazing experience received when dealing with Alpha Car Hire. But this time around the experience was quite the opposite, I sould have seen the warning signs when it took 3 days and numerous phone calls to get just a qoute on car rental from them. But then when the vehicle was received it was in such a poor state. Tyres was worn and damaged amongst other problems. I was in a tight spot so had no other choice but to accept the car as is. </p> <p>After the rental period this vehicle was returned to Alpha Car Hire (also trading now under Inter City Car Hire) with no additional damage and all was excepted to be in order. </p> <p>It has now been more than a moth and two weeks and still no repayment of the deposit. I have tried contacting the person in charge with no success and the agent who had assisted me can not assist as only the owner / manager works with the repayment of the deposits. Now Mr Sabashen Moodley is ducking my calls I have tried calling multiple times over this period but to no avail. Looking to find out what legal aveneus are available in this instance.</p>
