Alpha Business Machines - Resevoir Hills - Epitome of useless.

This is a company that should close down as soon as possible. They had a printer of ours for weeks and did not repair it at all. The printer in question is currently at another company getting repaired. The only function which they are efficient at is collecting money when the apparent repair is complete. They have minimal knowledge of printers and their knowledge is based on guessing. In the weeks that they had it, the printer went back and forth with them insisting that it is fixed when in reality, it never worked a day. Please don't deal with company as they are the height of poor service and dishonesty.
