Worst customer service, disloyalty and unreliable

Im really disappointed of the poor service i received at Alpha Auto- Ecar Kuruman. On the 7th of January 17, 2019 I sent my Golf V 1.6 to be fitted a new Radiator and Oil dip stick. On the 11th I was called to return fetch it as the job was complete. My car could not start at their workshop, they tried numerous times till it started and I left. I went to a test drive of 60km distance to see if everything was fine as the next day I had a long journey planned, but to my disappointment I could not even reach my destination the car gave me an alarm of Overheat and oil fatal. Water was filled and the oil but when the car needs to be started same error still persist and the car was not drivable anymore till I called their afterhours towing truck. The towing truck was called on the 12th January 17, 2019. Monday the 14th is when I saw disaster from the branch manager whom I called numerous times to find out about my car whats going to happen as the day it came out from their workshop same problem was persisting, I asked what is the company going to do to asssit in this matter as I paid a full R6000 without any doubt that their service might be poor, instead of being polite or take a step as a branch manager, he told me that there is nothing he can do HE WONT FIX MY CAR. I must come and tow back my car and fix it somewhere else. My question is how can I go fix my car somewhere else whilst I don’t know the fault finding? (All they say is my top gasket has blown and its my problem) And again whilst my car went there for repairs from the first place. They ****ed up my car and now I must take it, this is totally unacceptable.

This Johan manager doesn’t know customer service, nor has managerial s****s, he never picked up a phone and called me to ease this dilemma, I continuously looked for him to have a resolution. So now im querying to Alpha auto group head office what must I do in this situation is this how customers are being served all you do is to eat our money and say its not your faults. I am very angry with your service. Alpha auto ecar has been nothing but good to me all this years but with what recently happened to me now, I am ****ed and I want a resolution, I do not want to see myself fighting with this people cause it wont be nice.
