No response after paying for trucks

Very disappointed with the service of this company! We paid for x2 trucks, when we went to fetch it, the one had gear box issues, and the other engine issues. We asked for a refund, but have been sent from pillar to post. The lady at the office doesn't want to give out any information regarding the "big boss" or owner. I am still waiting for someone to contact me. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!
