We purchased a Mercedes Atego 8 ton truck and agreed on scope of work to be done on truck.<br> They said truck would be ready in a week. When we went to collect truck nothing was done and we left and said call us when the repairs as agreed have been done.<br> They called us back 2 days later and said truck was ready. <br> To my surprise half the work was completed and shoddy work at best and the spare wheel was removed and I was told the truck doesn't come with spare wheel I must pay additional R5000.00 for it but the spare was on the day I bought it, we also had to wait 3 hours for them to sort batteries out. <br> The ABS light was still on and their excuse is its not a problem it happens to all the trucks because they took the batteries out.<br> We used the truck the following day for a job and had a breakdown the water pipe started leaking. I threatened legal action and they sent a mechanic to repair. <br> After inspecting the repair we found the mechanic simply cut the pipe and this restricted the water flow and found the ***ling was cracked which caused the pipe to be damaged.<br> I have tried 2 weeks to get hold of Tyrin and Suren but they ignore my calls.<br> I have contacted my attorneys.
