Faulty Compactor Truck

My name is Themba Mlangeni director of Bhekizizwe MLANGENI PTY LTD,ibought a second hand compactor from Alpha Auto Group last week on Monday.The dealership said i must collect the truck on Tuesday,went back on Tuesday toldagain the truck is not ready yet. They didn't explain what's the problem with thetruck.,the manager was not helpful looked at me without explaining to me the delay.Wednesday same story and Thursday.,mind you i had a contract in place for thetruck to start on Monday 01 June 2020. On Friday late i was told to come and fetchthe truck. The hydraulic cylinder was not working because i was concern that i willlose the deal,took the truck to have the hydraulic system fixed. That's when mydriver realised that the gearbox was not selecting the gears. The truck cost is R 500000.00.

Please do find the attached Bank Statements and supporting documents. This is to support my claim that since I bought the truck from Alpha Auto Group on the 25 May 2020. The truck has not seen the day on the road, I have attached Proof of Payments to show that I am paying a company which has a similar compact truck to close my space and the name of the company is JUST BREEZE TRADING. The Mechanic that I am using has a similar Gearbox and the engine needs an overhauling, the name of the mechanic is Musa and his contact number is ***. So far I have deposited R35 000.00 and to fix the whole truck to be in good condition, he needs R70 000.00. The truck was also involved in an accident, the front window screen do not fit.
