Car refund

Biggest ****** car dealer in boksburg, I have paid R135 000 planning to buy a nissan bakkie from alpha auto group, but after having challenges with finances and also careful examination the conditions of the car, I decided to change my mind, not to proceed with the transactions. However I had already made a EFT payment, I didn't even sign any contract to buy the car and I requested a refund since I didn't collected the car and They refused and demanding 20% lost of sales charge, which I was not informed about. I refused to pay 20%, its has been 3 months now, and I didn't receive my money from the dealership. I have decided to take the issue to consumer commission for review. I am currently waiting for their response.
