Putting my life at RISK because of Negligence

Complaint:<br> I was involved in a minor car accident along the main road in Eshowe on the 17th of October 2015. My vehicle was towed to Alpha assessment Panel Beaters in Empangeni by Empangeni Towing company.<br> I received a quotation from Alpha Assessment shortly thereafter. We negotiated that full repairs of the body work would not be completed due to financial constraints at the time but mechanical repairs needed to be completed to make my car safe and driveable.<br> I made the first half payment of R5000 to Alpha Assessment which was the deposit required to begin work and was then told to liaise with \Danny\" who told me that I must buy the mechanical parts required to make my car safe to drive myself from Inyanga Motors (Fiat Agents in Empangeni) and have the parts delivered directly to the Alpha Assessment in order to fix my car and make my car drivable.<br> I purchased the new track rods from Inyanga for R5097.16 incl. vat and had the parts delivered to Alpha Assessment.<br> Upon calling in to Alpha Assessment at the end of November I was informed that Danny no longer worked for Alpha Assessment.
