Unhelpful management and poor customer service

Alpha Omega supermarket in Ballito has wonderful fresh produce but terrible customer service with management that struggle comprehend and assist customers with queries. They had (sweets from heaven) Jelly sweets marked for R 9.99 and sugar free 7up for the same price at R 9.99. I had checked my slip in the parking lot the sweets should have been marked "from R 9.99" as not all variants were that price and they has refused to refund me a portion of the money for the 7up as they charged me R30.00 for two bottles instead of R20.00 when asked about the price difference between the slip and price board the management had stated " sugar free is usually more expensive" and can't refund the portion of what's due to me because the bottle was opened yet she had failed to understand the price was marked as R 9.99 and the receipt indicated R 14.99. Management struggled with comprehension and to provide helpful service.
