Alpha 81 Construction - avoid at all costs

If I could give zero stars it would have been zero. I was warned by my neighbours but already paid the deposit. Project 1 still not completed since end May 2022 when work commenced. Project 2 completed only because we begged. Contractor use your money to complete previous projects and then have the audacity to tell contractors that you have not paid them. Struggled for months just to get an electrical compliance certificate. Work checked by Master Builders Association Western Cape contractors that highlighted many mistakes. So do yourself a favour and rather appoint a Master Builders Association accredited builder for piece of mind and no double costs to rectify errors and leaking roofs. Another tell tale is when you deal with a company but a private bank account number is given for the deposits and draws to be paid into. Wonder how does SARS feel about that? A gmail address for business is another dead giveaway to avoid.
