Extremely bad service

Please be aware as this company's sales ladies are not trustworthy. The sales team, Angela and Ashley are really not consumer friendly and not at all helpful. As per their advertising, quotes and after service they do not assist at all. After you complain because they delivered a smaller and incorrect mixer as to the one that was advertised, quoted on (with the correct photos) and fully paid, they lose their tempers on email, call you a bully and refuse to assist you after admitting in writing that it is their mistake. 2 weeks down the line....still no feedback, no refund, no call, no problem solving just ignoring the client. Refuses to let me speak to the owner. Be aware that if you request that they fix the problem (their mistake) you are called a bully......so is this false advertising or a mistake or just the way they are working on a daily basis? Sure the ombudsman with the supporting documents will have the answer to this.
