Alpaco - disappointing

What a terrible experience, same as most of the reviews below. Placed an order for equipment which was not delivered on time as promised and then when they kept blaming their suppliers for their inability to supply, I then asked for a refund which they agreed to but after a few months of begging I still didn't have my refund. "Nice" people to deal with but my advice is only pay when the goods are delivered and if you have already paid and the goods are still outstanding and you want your money back, don't waste your time, lawyers are better at doing this and getting your money back.
