Alpaco Catering & Equipment NO SERVICE - NO PRODUCTS

Please stay well away from Alpaco Catering & Equipment, Springs. They are quick to take your money but cannot supply. They make promises but never deliver. If you phone them then they get ****y and cheeky - FOR THEIR MISTAKES. They NEVER return a call - NEVER. They are extremely unprofessional, incapable of execution the most basic sale and they have a distinct NO-CARE attitude. One of their sales persons even sent me the following emails! "Good day Sir I did respond and I said I am so sorry for my poor service like what you said. I did mean to upset you please forgive me. Kind Regards"

and:

"Good day Johan I am so sorry for upsetting you . Apologise for the delaying your shipment . Please forgive me, we were sending your order out Today sir I will forward you prof of payment shortly for your refund . Once again I am so sorry please find it in your heart to forgive me. Kind Regards"

We cannot do business with this kind of shop - it was the THIRD TIME that they failed to give a service and it is clear that they are totally clueless. STAY AWAY FROM Alpaco Catering & Equipment, Springs.
