Dishonest

Three months has now gone by and no deposit refunded. I reported this complaint on the 18th of January 2016 after a deposit of R2400.00 was paid on the 18th of November 2015 and the scheduled move never took place due the company never pitched up for the scheduled move. The reason conveyed by Pieter is that deposit will not be refunded is because I complained on this site to warn other customers and are damaging the image of his company on this site. Besides the fact that no service was delivered, our deposited taken etc my sister was sworn at and insulted after inquiring about the refund of this deposit which was paid on he 18th of November 2015. After a few backwards and forward sms' between myself and Pieter i was informed that he will not refund the deposit. Pieter came up with all sorts of excuses and when he learned that i took measures in order to get my money back point blank refuses to refund the money and blocked all communication. This is theft and ***** and i will now have to seek different alleys to receive my hard earned money back for this **** company who takes deposits and then make the whole scenario \personal\" and all they need to do is refund the deposit. Easy."
