At least afford me the courtesy of a reply to my emails!
<p>I cannot get hold of Mike. He simply is NEVER available to take my calls and he doesn't have the courtesy to call me back, despite leaving numerous messages.</p> <p>I now wish to institute a FORMAL CLAIM against your company for damages incurred before and during the move.</p> <p>A pane of glass was broken and the gate to the complex was damaged. The owner of the unit at Farmstead has deducted the costs for repairs to the gate from my deposit and the broken glass pane has still not been replaced.</p> <p>I can no longer deal with "Mike" so please provide me with full details on how to lodge a formal claim against your company.</p>

17 May 2016, 16:32On Sa****ay morning, the 19/03/2016, ALP Movers arrived at the complex (Farmstead) with a truck and a trailer. There was obviously a space between the back on the truck and the front of the trailer. While the truck was driving through the opened gate, the gate closed (before the trailer had safely passed through) and the gate was damaged by the trailer in that process and the owner has deducted the excess for the repairs from my deposit.
