ALP MOVERS HAVE BAD SERVICE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Pieter de wet from ALP MOVERS had arranged my move on the 30 november 2017. I have contacted them on the 29th and thought: “wow, this is great! He organizes within a day!” He was prompt and got back to us quickly, we gave him the list of things for the move and We paid the deposit immediately. He said they will be at our place at 8am the following morning. I contacted him the next day and said i should call johannes the supervisor as he knows the times. They pitched at 12:15. Upon arrival the driver had only 3 items on the list and said he cant load - he then capled his employer. I also called his “employer” where his so called employer(pieter) was in fact not his employer and he outsourced the work. We then had to pay the other company aswell. Double because we had more things to move. There was a massive fight between my fiance and pieter where Pieter was swearing at my fiance, he (pieter) then sent me a text message telling me “you are busy causing s***t for me by telling johannes you gave me a longer list. My deal with you is done. Dont talk to me again.

DO NOT USE ALP MOVERS!! You will be HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED!! Most of my things got scratched or it broke!!
