Aloe vera - Worst vet ever!

Firstly. I would have given them a rating of a zero star but it doesnt give me that option, because that is how dissapointed i am with this vet.

Upon entering the vet. We were greeted in a very unpleasant manner. After hearing that our dogs were not vaccinated, nor have they been spayed we were treated even more bitter because of our dogs not being vaccinated or being taken to get spayed.

First things first. Not everyone believes in having their dogs spayed! Not for the purpose of breeding with them. But because they don't have a say. And i don't believe in having my babies spayed because it is not necessary at the moment as they are still very young.

Usually when a person enters a vet you are meant to be treated with compassion and love. I was already so heartsore due to my babies being sick. One of the dogs that i brought in was not my dog. I had rescued the dog from a owner who had been neglecting them! None the less. We were being judged to the core. They did not ask questions or care to even find out the story.

Not everyone has the money when it comes to having dogs. Reason being that i had one dog that i could financially take care of.

I had taken the risk to take care of two babies that were being neglected. They don't consider to think about the situation and that there might be more to it than it seems. They just assume their own conclusions and decide to judge us based on what they have assumed.

We approached them a few days later and the lady at the front office responded to us by saying. " How do you expect me to treat you if you don't take care of your dogs".

After we told her our situation. She responded "oh I'm sorry. I wasn't aware of your situation." But non the less. She still wasn't as caring as what a vet should be! Or a person that works at a vet!!!

I would definitely not recommend anyone to send their babies to this vet. You will get treated poorly and be judged. I firmly believe that a vet should not judge any persons that walk in their doors - but ONLY do what they should when our fur babies are sick which is to try their best to save them.

The first person you encounter with at the reception is the face of your company - if this is how you treat your customers that come to your for help - then how should we trust you with our babies?
