VERY RUDE STAFF FROM ALOE VERDER SPA

Good day

I would like to express my sincere dissatisfaction with ALOE VERDER spa . they are rude and very obnoxious and know absolutely nothing about customer service

First of all the voucher stated that we can make booking from Monday to Sunday only to be told that they don’t operate during the week so essentially this is deemed as false advertising , secondly the Owner on the Hotel confirmed that they are in operation today but they **** about not opening

As you can see from my WhatsApp conversation with them this morning they have no client service

I sent them a massage which the ignored, I asked for feedback which they subsequently ignored, I logged in their website as stated on the voucher and Spoke to JP the Hotel owner who advised that he will get in contact with they as the work independently from the hotel

The rude agent without greeting or sending some sort of apology demanded time and date I went back to JP on the chat to advise , he was also just as disappointed with the response that they gave me .

They came back to me with absolutely no options to book for this coming Sunday stating that they only had the 9:30 slot which was a lie coz I had my white friend call to make a pseudo appoint only to be told that there are other slots open.

This is totally unacceptable behavior I will not spend my money on such an establishment
