Aloe Ridge 1 Greenstone _ complaint 1 not a user friendly complex, management avoids contact in person
I am a new owner in the complex. I bought a unit cash as an investment. To understand how things work what we can and cannot do I requested a meeting with the so called complex manager Marcel. Below is her response, to me. To date no-one has made an arrangement to meet with me. I am in the process of renovating the unit and under very tight timelines.
Even though I have bought here and therefore putting my own investment at risk. Please take heed an do not purchase here.
1. Extremely poor service from the estate managed as well as the trustees. 2. Baldwin is taking over the Greenstone market for small units, therefore the manager and trustees are further detecting buyers due to their lack of service and a clear indication that they think they are untouchable. 3. The incompetence of a old hierarchy in the complex is depreciating your property value and they are therefore a liability to your investment
Once I am certain about who employs Marcel or if she’s self employed I will log a complaint against her business going forward, to warn potential clients of her incompetence. She does not mange a complex she manages the trustees.

Image special arrangements with Marcel the estate manager prior to delivery. When security contacted her to let the 4T truck in she told them that she never came me the go-ahead. On the phone with her I lost my **** and told her she’s a **** and she dropped the call.

The supplier only has a 4T truck available as a smaller option for delivery, would they be able to access the complex with a 4T truck.

3 days later the trustee has not even bothered to respond to my email. I am so a renovation and I need to get a tenant in ASAP. They couldn’t give a **** about you. His lordship will attend to me or ask another trustee to engage with me when it suits him.
