TERRIBLE SERVICE

Have already encountered 4 terrible experiences at this Pharmacy but the last instance was just unacceptable.

Purchased supplements from Aloe Pharmacy in Walmer.

I had initially had a complaint about an opened seal on a supplement that i had purchased..The Assistant took down my details and was suppose to contact the supplement manufacturer and give me feedback. A week went by with not even a call.

I had to contact the supplement manufacturer myself and thankfully got excellent assistance..The problem was explained and i was even compensated for the mishap.

The 2nd instance i had asked to see if the contents were sealed first..i was advised that i Have to pay for the item first...Only to find that funds were debited off my account but store assistant said it was unsuccesful on their side..Making me Withdraw cash to have the item paid for.I was also advised that debit order wil b reversed back into my account within 24 hours..

The 3rd Time i encountered the same problem but this time i asked the pharmacy assistants to contact the manufacturer and get it sorted so future customers dont have the same problem..Nothing was done by the pharmacy and no feedback was given to me.

The 4Th instance was where i purchased a specific product but realised i had taken the wrong item when i got home..I went back into the pharmacy within 1 hour with the sales slip and a sealed item..The item that i wanted was more expensive and i was going to pay the cash difference..

I was advised that it wont b possible and i have to keep the product and purchase a new item if i needed it.

Being a student an first time resident in Walmer its really dificult to keep walking to and from with these issues as there are no other pharmacies in the near area.

Pharmacies and their store assistants are meant to help customers..This branch is rather pathetic to say the least.
