Aloe Park Self catering chalet half hearted attempt

We stayed in a self catering chalet, it was clean and tidy however the gas geyser did not work even after numerous attempts at the staff trying to repair it. There was a fridge but no freezer, non working light, non working fan. The one bathroom had not toilet roll holder or anywhere to hang your towel. Kitchen was short supp**** with crockery and cutlery and basic kitchen accessories. I feel if you want to ask money for a self catering chalet, then ensure it is self catering. The staff were friendly, the place has so much potential and the fishing was good, but this is not enough for me to give it a good rating.
