Disappointed with receptionist at scho

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by the people who answer the calls at this school.. My child's books and files were taken away.. I tried to call the school.. No answer. Then I called a few days later asking to speak to the teacher.. Was told the teacher will call me.. She never did.. Now I need to know when is the awards day.. Still they can't help..
