The most pathetic service

I’ve received the most pathetic service at Aloe Lifestyle Hotel on our anniversary with my partner. The management was so dishonest and didn’t bother to tell us before and on our arrival that aircorn, TV and telephone for room service are not working.

We attempted numerous times for atleast to get on person to come and explain to us what’s the problem but no one showed and interest in such a way that we decided to pack our bags and leave the premises.

We felt our home is much more comfortable than that place. Worse they promised to refund me but till today I have not received my money.

I will take it upon myself to take this further and make sure that none of my family and close friends will ever choose that place cause woooow I’m so disgusted.
