Pathetic Service

Lungile Shezi 1/5 4 minutes ago on Google My Visit at Aloe Lifestyle was nothing short of pathetic to say the least, i was ver dissatisfied with the service i received, there was not one manager on the floor that asked how we were, we waited for the food got more than an hour and thirty minutes, Lungelo who was serving us didn’t even as me how my meal was, i had to keep guiding him as to the things i needed because it was evident that he had no training at all. This then goes back to the management of this place it is very clear that customer service id’s not a priority at your establishment, why do you consider solder yourself to be a 5 star establishment because according to me (Five-star hotels are properties that offer their guests the highest levels of luxury through personalized services, a vast range of amenities, and sophisticated accommodations.) this place offers nothing of close to a personalised service at all. it was horrible. The food, what was supposed to be or rather look like a Gourmet Burger looked like a Wacky Wednesday burger from Steers. The Hale and chips were dry and my kids almost died of hunger because of the wait let along having to help the waiter in the literal sense.he didn’t even know what condiments are let alone the fact that i had to ask from them.
