Birthday went wrong at aloe showe

They don’t even deserve a star. I went there on the 9th of August to celebrate my birthday. I booked on their website. When I got there I was told that it is not working so my booking was not found. Fine they booked me into room 10 front view was a dirty swimming pool. I went to the restaurant I was told that they have a woman’s day function which will end at 4pm that’s when they will start with dinner. Totally understand I went back to my room at went back at 17:30. I was sitter at the vip area because they were still cleaning where the function was. I placed my order ( starters on a leafy bed. They were brought in with no leavfy bed . Had to send them back they were then brought in sitting on two old tired lettuce leaves.I requested to see the Chef who explained that two leaves of lettuce are called a salad. I then refused to take it which lead to the manager being called, she understood my frustrations and sorted my order out. At this rate I was bored bored bored, had main which was salty and dripping oil, orange oil at that and went back to my room. When I was about to sleep I noticed that my inner was disgusting dirty, I have a video to prove this. I called housekeeping, phones weren’t working I ended up using my phone. They eventually came and changed it . .in the morning me and my partner want to extend our check out by an hour and we were told that it is going to cost , 100. Shoook ke to say at least. We then went for breakfast where we were told to dish up fast because it’s closing at 10, where else it is clearly written on our room information booklet that breakfast closes at 11. We had to deal with waiters who were very rude when we told them that our breakfast is going to be a buffet like everyone else and they are going to close at 11. Going back to our room we didn’t have water. To bath, taps were dry. The enter hotel didn’t have water, we had to wait for it to come back which was 15 Min to 1 . Aloe has a potential but due to being mismanaged that place is unfortunately not a place to visit when you are looking to celebrate yourself
