Bad service

Good morning all. I signed up my wife at Alnisa Maternity Home for the birth of my child. Birth cost(R19600) 29th August 2024 @4pm her water broke. She then informed the midwife and was told to come the following day @ 6am. (30 august 2024). Was then transferred to lentegeur hospital for the birth process. They dont deal with risk births. By this they mean natural labour that takes long. They would like almost R20000 for you to just walk in and pop your baby out. Now this to me is so insensitive and unprofessional. Afternoon R19600 only covers you for 12 hours of labour.

12 days since the birth of my child at lentegeur hospital and still waiting on the refund.

Called today and was told about having to submit an account number. This information was not share first. Nor did they contact to enquire about the account details and the way forward. Poor communication honestly
