False Advertising and overall bad service

False Advertising<br> <br> on their website it was advertised that there would be a set number of days in each destination. Even though much of this was adhered to a number of days was lost due to misinformation and deceit. Contracts changes stipulations which goes against the advertising. Lack of communication from all staff members and it was later discovered that due to the ill-preparedness of the tour many people were saddled with additional costs. Promises made in writing were not delivered upon which resulted in many pilgrims being left with having to do last minute arrangements for necessary forex etc. <br> <br> During Travelling ...there was a blatant disregard to the pilgrims under their care and self interest was shown above the needs of the clients.<br> <br> People should be made aware that they are not an accredited Haj and Umrah travel agency...There are NO information relayed about the manner in which transportation would result in the loss of days nor that the countries we would be visiting would be in the heart of Winter.<br> <br> There is just a blatant disregard to the well-being of their client
