False Communication

Worst experience ever. I ordered online and did not understand what the item I wanted included so I sent a whatsApp on *** to find out about delivery process and if the item I ordered what just a skirt or the top was included. I received a prompt response that my order was received and it was the skirt and Top. Because they were not sending the tracking number for delivery I decided to collect the order. To my surprise I get there and the lady at reception tells me my order is only for a dress. I showed her the whatsApp message that I received communication that the Top was included. She was nonchalant about what I said and proceeded to give me the skirt to fit it. Their customer service is bad and there communication is worse. I always look to support woman in business but this one never again and I will spread the word
