Almondant boss lady super mean

The boss lady or owner is very rude, I bought a dress and paid for it then my measurements where taken, on the day of the fitting the dress was too short and they said for the length I want there’s more money to pay on top of the agreed amount. When I asked why wasn’t I told initially they said that’s just how things are and assumed I know, ok I then agree to pay for the extra length and a new date for fitting which was also the collection date was provided only to find the receptionist saying the material has finished for the type of dress I wanted. That time my event was a day later and imagine I went there very early etc yoo, when i asked to see the manager or boss she refused to come and spoke to me via watsapp while in the other room, didn’t even care about my feelings and transferred the money back for me to see myself out while I did everything on time with them. I kept on saying I can forgive them if they make an alternative dress just so that I can have something for the event considering I went to them for four weeks before the event etc . Very ill mannered that lady shem and will traumatize you 🤞🏽
