Half Day Job without Emergencies needed!

I have been contemplating about whether I write this review since December 2024. As you can see I have ... Dr Almond I always thought is an amazing dentist. However, her receptionist (Maria) is a human that has no empathy for the patients especially when there is an emergency. I got upset with them as the receptionist promised to follow up and let me know as soon as an appointment was available. I asked for a script for antibiotics and pain meds as I was in agony. Receptionist decided that since I got the script I no longer needed anything. Then I complained about it to which Dr Almond responded via WhatsApp with that she is sorry that she didn't know I was ok and that she can't be available to her patients 24/7. BUT I didn't ask for 24/7 ... I asked just for an appointment and still waited until day 5 of the antibiotic treatment. I do feel that Dr Almond must maybe look at something like just cleaning teeth so she doesn't have emergencies.
