WOrst customer service !

We signed up with this crowd 5 years ago for a photocopier and VOIP system. They have THE WORST after sales service we have EVER come across. They are very happy to talk to you UNLESS you have a complaint. We are now in the process of terminating our contract with them and NOT A SINGLE PERSON is returning emails. They were super keen to renew our contrcat but since they heard we were never going to do that, they have not spoken to us again or answered emails. Riley and Nicholas Naidoo were very keen to talk to us until they heard we wanted them to take back their equipment. Now they are not returning emails . Whatever you do, do NOT sign up with these guys. They will happily talk to you until you have signed up, and then you will never hear from them again, no matter how mant times you email them.
