Refusal to terminate my insurance policy
I have been begging these clowns to terminate my insurance policy for more than three months now. Guess what, they have literally ignored me and continued to debit my account. How *********?

02 Sept 2022, 16:11The instruction as per the email received from the Insured during June 2022 the Audi A4 should be deleted from his policy with effect from 1st August 2022, the rest of the cover for contents of his house should remain in place Due to the fact that Audi need to be on cover for the month of July 2022, we could not delete the vehicle in June. Unfortunately before we could delete the Audi the premium for August went through and we have arrange for a refund of that premium
On instruction from Vilikazi ,the policy has now been cancelled with effect from from 1st September2022 Premiums that were collected for September will also be refunded.
