Refund Nightmare

I am disappointed with the service provided by this supplier. We cannot unfortunately comment on the quality of their products only their after sales service. We purchased two cupboards from this supplier in August 2023. They were delivered on the 23rd of November 2023, and both were in a very bad state. The courier company was requested to return the cupboards immediately. A refund has been requested on the 26th of January 2024, but they have to date not issued any refund. This lack of customer service is concerning and does not inspire confidence in their business practices. I would advise potential customers to proceed with caution when dealing with this supplier. Especially when you want to make a purchase that would require a courier service. Their refusal to stand by their products and honor reasonable refund requests is a red flag for any consumer. I hope they will reconsider their policies in the future to better serve and respect their customers. To date no refund has been paid and our messages are being ignored. I will keep you guys posted.
