Deceiving costs

Worst service ever. Receptionist didn't know what he was doing whilst registering a file ended up helping him. I than waited 30-45mins to get attended by the doctor whilst it was just me. My 2 year old daughter got checked and got medication. I got the shock of my life when they told me to pay R530 whilst consultation is R320. So consultation fee doesn't include medication? Every single medication given to the patient you pay for it? Why don't you guys make it clear to us that consultation does not include medication. I'm quite ****ed off.
