Poor service, *********

Was offered a trade on a vehicle before lockdown, everything was delayed, only one finance institution was used, I was not allowed to use my preferred bank. All kind of excuses, I was initially assured the vehicles would be transported on exchange due to national border restrictions. No response, then delayed response on my calls, excuses and no action, after level 4 lockdown I needed answers, eventually over a week in I was told they are now offering me less for my trade, but yet no offer. Poor service, ********* business and no customer satisfaction.
