Bad experience poor service extremely rude

Allison who erected a wendy house for my Nanny in Kylemore treated us with disrespect, was extremely rude and did a poor job in supplying the product. She screamed and ranted, threw the phone in my ear and demanded full payment for a unfinished job otherwise the house would be removed and my money ****** and I was to take her to court if I wanted it back.
