Ally financial loan

This company is a **** please do not apply for a loan with them they will ask you to send a picture of your ID and a picture of you holding your ID and then after you fill in your details and then once they have approved your loan they give you a link to a bank TD bank and then that bank gives you an otp and then they say you can withdraw the loan amount to your account after 5 minutes it will be in your account and it does not go in and then you let them know then they tell you ,you entered incorrect details the bank my rectify it you must pay R1000 for that and I did not pay it next thing I try to check the account on telegram it's now deleted and the whatsapp account has changed to some guys name please please don't apply I'm really scared because they have my ID picture and my photo I hope someone can help deal with dealing with this **** of a company
