Poor Service from Ally & Co

This company sells on take a lot and only god knows how they are allowed to sell on there. I bought direct from their website. I never heard back from them for weeks. Eventually I called and after several times of calling a rude lady answered and said she cant help me. Eventually got an email from Anwar Ally to say they will on my order. After a few days I had to email again and say when are you sending my order. I only then got a reply to say they are out of stock and will refund me I must send my details. After sending my details no reply from them. After a few days now I called and she said Anwar is available. After giving my name then he became unavailable. I even wrote a review on their website which was showing for a few minutes and then they took my review down so no one can see it. Very poor customer service and ****** out there to take your money plus delivery money when nothing gets delivered. They don't even email or call to say there is problems. They just keep quiet. What kind of service is that.
