Bad workmanship.

Built a sliding door into my house, made the hole larger, then had to build it smaller, blaming the supplier of sliding door, insufficient equipment to do the job, damaging plaster & skirtings. End job couldn't even match diy standards, could have done a better job myself, lesson learnt. 1 star is unfortunately the lowest I can go.
