To ordered my neck cream and instant eye cream on the 1st of September it's now the 3rd of October I have not heard from anyone despite the numerous enquiries I made to find where it si, to no avail, not even acknowledgement of receipt of my Email I'm very said because I paid on the very first day I placed the order Please let me know what causes the delay we could even change the delivery adress it that's the problem
