I WAS TREATED BAD AND DISRESPECTED BY A FOREIGN LADY

I went in to buy a wig, i found a lady inside and she advised me which one to buy and she sold me dreams, she told me that the hair wig will last for more than a year, and that I can wash, dry and Iron the hair wig. So i decide to straighten it in their salon as it was a bit curly. I PAID R1500 for nonsese

As they ironed the wig it got burned right there in their shop, but i didn't notice at that time. The next day i noticed that the wig is shrinking and it looked like i had it for 10 years. The next day i went to complain I was told they don't refund, when i requested to speak to the manager I was told i cant. and the lady that's managing staff there treated me like a piece of unwanted ****. BAD SERVICE i would never recommend them, i took the wig back and they kept if for 1 month without doing nothing about it. I went back to take it and they were so happy and told me that i wasted my time by leaving it there for a full month.
