refusal of refund for damaged rim

Bought a 15" rim. when tyre was fitted found out that rim is buckeled. cannot balance. Went back to them and was told that they can give another rim and i refused. Then asked money back and they refused - "" SORRY NO REFUNDS OR CASH REFUNDS""" . left there upset and they smiled. Not recommended to buy ant parts there. They also known as ALLTECH BAKKIE PARTS
