They don't pay out winnings
Stay away they do not do pay outs as shown 0 to 30 min you must sent mails and messages there response they have a back log at there bank i only withdraw a small amount just imagine if there is big winnings that need to be paid out

All star bet is bull****
My husband has won R500 pn this betting site it has been more than 2weeks and it hasn't paid out everytime their financial team is jot available or they are just saying give it 16hours is will show tommorow we needed that money for fuel to get to work and this how we get treated. I have had it with their excuse

Do not signup with them they never pay. They will lie to you saying the is a problem with withdrawala nxa. ******* site. They promise instant payouts. And by that they mean 2 weeks without paying your money. Pathetic site really should be boycotted

Unfair discriminatory action by Allstar Bets
I had R25 in my bank account and a R20 in my pocket. If the requirement is to deposit R30 then I have deposited R45 in total...and expected to be credited with free spins... Their rules are discriminatory... They say deposit R30 and more to claim free spins... now they say my deposits were an add up...Meaning they cater only for those who have a solid R30 and disregard those who don't...? I demand my free spins because I met the requirement to deposit R30 and more... Disappointed, Mote Simon Matolo C: ***

Made a withdrawal on Sunday my money is still not in my account...messages emails phone calls only empty promises and new excuses every time ....the WhatsApp chat line and the customer care lines keeps on making excuses to make one believe......im highly disappointed

Allstars promises free spins everytime one recharges their account with R25 and more. So once you do, one receives an SMS notification in respect of awarded free spins. When attempting to access or activate the spins, the spins are not loaded yet. You log a query through their Whatsapp chat channel, it takes them more than 15 mins to respond if ever. Today I have been waiting for my 20 free spins on Buffalo King Megaways since 12:15pm and they still have not resolved the issue. They ignore Whatsapp messages and don't respond timely. It is frustrating and annoying... What kind of a gaming site is this???
