Poor service and no delivery of doors

We asked for a quote for 2 wooden garage doors with motors, got 1, paid deposit of R 15 000.00, and then after deposit was paid since the 6/5/2015 promises of installation every second day there after. Up to date, 26/5/2015 still no installation and empty promises.
